Mini Cheese Delights

Today I am starting the first week in the Blogging Marathon sequence for the month of August. For the first week I am doing posts under mini servings theme. I made a simple snack for today with bread slices and processed cheese slices. It was very easy to put together these delights and my hubby liked it very much. As I had prepared some chocolate cookies today, Sruti didn't show even a tiny bit of interest for these delights. But we both liked it and enjoyed it with a cup of coffee. Mini servings are very good for those who want to reduce intake of calories. So instead of using a whole bread slice and a whole cheese slice it is better to divide it into mini bites so that we have the satisfaction of tasting it but still we consume a small quantity. I made 6 of these with 2 cheese slices and three bread slices. The remaining bread slice after cutting the circle can be used to make bread crumbs. So you need not waste bread or cheese.

Ingredients:
Bread Slices-3
Processed Cheese Slices-2
Tomato Sauce-3-4 tbs
Grated Carrot-3-4 tbs
Black Raisins-6
Coriander Leaves-For Garnish
Oil-1/2 tsp

Procedure:
1. With a round cookie cutter cut out 6 circles from the three bread slices.
2. Cut out 6 circles from the cheese slices.
3. Apply oil to a tawa.
4. Apply sauce to all the bread circles.
5. Place the cheese slice on top and arrange them on the hot tawa.
6. Let the bread slightly brown.
7. Remove and arrange on a serving plate.
8. Place some grated on top of the cheese.
9. Place a raisin and garnish with coriander leaves.
10. Serve immediately.
