Baking Eggless is a group of enthusiastic home bakers. We choose a challenge every month and after preparing it the members blog about it on the reveal date. Usually we choose a recipe with eggs and try converting it to an eggless one with egg substitutes. The main goal is to help develop eggless bakes. It has been more than a year I started this group and I just love it. The members take every challenge seriously and they try and share with us the success and disasters while preparing the particular recipe. For this month's challenge Sowmya of Nivedhanam suggested we try Tiramisu. As you know, tiramisu is a dessert completely based on eggs. So it was quite challenging to substitute all the eggs in the recipe. We also made everything from scratch including the mascarpone cream. Looking at all the entries I am on cloud nine. There are so many recipes to choose from and each and every recipe is unique. Please go through the recipes and share with how you feel.
