This month's Baking Eggless challenge was suggested by Meena of Chettinad Fiesta. The recipe she suggested was Danish Dream Cake/ Drommekage Fra Brovst which had 4 eggs and was so tough to replace. But the members rocked this month also. Look at all the cakes and I am sure you will be drooling over them. Each member is a queen of eggless baking and by using various egg substitutes they are giving nice treats to their family. Wish I live near each of them so that I can at least have a taste of all these yummy cakes. The cake as the name suggests is surely a dream cake. The topping goes very well with the vanilla sponge and together it tastes divine. If you are planning to make this cake, please go through all the recipes to get a good idea of the egg substitutes.
